Feedstock
- Napier Grass: Perennial; 4–6 harvests/year; low water & fertilizer; high energy yield
- Cowdung: Sourced from gaushalas; cleaner use vs. burning; stabilizes their income
- Water Use (per acre/year): Napier ~10 kl vs Rice 850 kl; Sugarcane 1,500 kl
Outputs
- CBG: Sold under 10–15 year fixed contracts (GAIL; also Gujarat Gas/BPCL/IOCL pathways)
- Dry Fertilizer: Meets NPK; export-oriented; higher carbon content
- Liquid Fertilizer: 80–94% recycled; excess sold locally
Carbon Credits
Standard: Gold Standard accreditation in process. Potential: Offsets ~140k TPA; sequestration 30–80k TPA potential (project mix dependent).
